What can Alexa do for you?

Book a ticket – Simply ask Alexa by saying, “Ask Virgin Trains to book a ticket” and book East or West Coast Virgin Trains with Amazon Pay in a flash.

Speed up booking - For super-fast ticket buying, let Alexa know all your journey details at once. If you say, “Alexa, ask Virgin Trains to book a ticket from London King's Cross to Edinburgh Waverley on 3 September at 10am,” and Alexa will sort it for you.

Check train times - All you have to do is simply ask Alexa for our train times. We know you love Virgin Trains, but occasionally you might want to check train times with other operators, so Alexa can help you with that too.

Any questions? – “Can I bring a dog onboard? Will my baby need a ticket?”Alexa can help you find the answer to most train-related queries.
