Virgin Atlantic Flying Club miles update

Important update on Virgin Atlantic Flying Club miles

As of 24 June, LNER will take over the running of trains on the east coast line from Virgin Trains East Coast. As we’ll no longer be part of the Virgin family, some things will come to an end, and this includes our current loyalty programmes from the Virgin group.

It will unfortunately no longer be possible to collect Virgin Atlantic Flying Club miles on your bookings once the website switches over to LNER.

This is currently scheduled for the evening of Thursday 21 June, however this is subject to change. You can continue to collect Flying Club miles up until the website switches over and we recommend completing all purchases by 12 noon on Thursday 21 June.

We know that this news will be disappointing for our regular Flying Club miles collectors. Although we appreciate that this reward programme will be greatly missed, we know that the team at LNER will continue to look for opportunities to improve your customer experience in the future.
