It’s not just First Class that has the gift of the web. Our onboard Wi-Fi is now free in Standard when you book direct with us.
You’ll receive your free Wi-Fi code(s) on your booking confirmation which is emailed to you as soon as you’ve completed your booking with us. Naturally, if there’s more than one of you you’ll get a code each, so you can all sit, surf, send emails and stalk Facebook friends to your heart’s content.
The code is case sensitive so please type it in exactly as it is on the card.
If you’re a Season Ticket Holder who travels with us on a monthly or longer season ticket then you can get your free Wi-Fi code by emailing our Wi-fi support team here with your name and photocard number.
- Our onboard Wi-Fi is free for all First Class passengers and also any Standard customers who book direct with us on our website.
- Passengers in Standard who haven't booked direct with us will have 15 minutes free, and any extra usage costs £5.00 for your journey. Free Wi-Fi is also available in our First Class Lounges.
- If you have any problems, you can get in touch with our Wi-Fi support team on 01163 66 33 36 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Support is available Monday-Friday 07.00-21.00 and Saturday-Sunday 08.00-18.00.

Buy your Wi-Fi in advance
If you didn't buy your ticket from us direct you can still connect quicker with an advance Wi-Fi code. Just add it on when you buy your ticket.
