We recognise the need for this website to be accessible to everyone. We have implemented a number of features designed to make the website easy to use, especially for those users with disabilities. We have worked closely with the Shaw Trust during the development of our desktop retail site, whose team have tested the accessibility of the site for customers with different levels of difficulty which include:

Please note that all requests for assistance must be made by 18.00 hrs the day before travel.
