I'm having problems accessing the Wi-Fi on my Virgin Trains East Coast train. What should I do?
Most mobile devices try to access Wi-Fi straight away. Here's how to get it working:
1) Select the 'VirginTrainsEC-WiFi' network when a prompt pops up (or find it in your Wi-Fi settings)
2) Launch your internet browser and you should find yourself on the Virgin Trains East Coast landing page virgintrainseastcoastwifi.train where you can log on to the service.
3) Enjoy browsing!
